Return Process

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, original condition.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized courier point.

  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 7-10 business days.
